RETURN POLICY DETAILS (1/20/2026 7:45 PM EST)
Returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase. We only accept returns for items that have not been used, altered or washed.
All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
A refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 14 days of receiving your return order.
If you are returning a gift, the original purchaser will be credited.
Items ordered from FlipPickPlectrums.com cannot be returned to retail stores that sell our products. We can only accept returns if the item was directly purchased from FlipPickPlectrums.com.
For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information. PFV Innovations, LLC - the inventor and owner of Flip Pick - does not accept returns on customized products.
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please contact us or complete the form at the bottom of this page for details on returning your item and placing a new order.
PFV Innovations, LLC does not price match with dealers or competitors.
WARRANTY DETAILS
Guitar picks are consumables and should be excepted to wear down or break over time. With that said, we want you to be confident in your purchase from us. To that end, PFV Innovations, LLC will replace broken RAVEN picks within 30 days of original purchase.
You must be the original owner, and have purchased the product directly from FlipPickPlectrums.com or an authorized Flip Pick dealer. You must provide proof of purchase, including date, from an authorized Flip Pick dealer. You must be able to return the product to PFV Innovations, LLC if requested. You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s use and care instructions.
This warranty does not include damage due to improper use or care, accident or negligence. This warranty also excludes scratches, cosmetic damages, normal wear and tear and material breakdown due to age, use, or environmental conditions.
Liability for warranty claims will be limited to one repair or replacement per item purchased, although you may be offered the option to request a different gauge of the same material or an opportunity to purchase a different material pick pack at a discounted rate. Our warranty does not cover damage to instruments used in conjunction with our products. Warranty replacements are only available to ship to US addresses.
No Flip Pick reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. To contact us in the case of a warranty claim, please email us at info@pfvinnovations.com or complete the form below. Include your order number, details of the issue, and attach images showing the product and the issue clearly. A Flip Pick team member will contact you within 24 hours (or on the first workday following a weekend or public holiday).
